Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AdventureArchitect, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use AdventureArchitect. One person may not maintain more than one free account.

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on AdventureArchitect, including worlds, NPCs, locations, campaigns, and other worldbuilding data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, display, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. Content shared with other users through collaboration features remains your property but is accessible according to the permissions you set.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the service for any illegal purpose, upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform's security, harass or abuse other users, create content that violates others' intellectual property rights, attempt to circumvent plan limits or access restrictions, or use automated tools to scrape or access the service without permission.

Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

AdventureArchitect is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss of data, interruption of service, or damages arising from your use of the platform. We make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and data integrity but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
